Beautiful room, good location - WiFi doesn’t work
My room was very nice and in a great location. I’ll elaborate in my next comment the challenges.
The WiFi simply didn’t work in my room which I was told had been recently remodeled which might have been part of the reason. I was empathetic to the staff because it had just been remodeled. However, when I spoke to the staff at check out about his bad the WiFI was they seemed disinterested in my thoughts which is the only reason I’m leaving a comment here. If they would have apologized and said “we appreciate you letting us know about this issue.” I wouldn’t be writing anything now, because they didn’t I feel obligated to comment to ensure future customers know and other employees to hopefully solve the problem.
